As part of the Sure-to-University partnership CIC students applying to York University, Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies will have the English Proficiency requirement (IELTS/ TOELF) waived with a minimum of 75 % in both Grade 11 & 12 English mark or a minimum of 80 % Grade 12 English mark at CIC.
